I begun buying hp laptops virtually 5 years ago, I bought 5 of them over the years for myself and my kids. One of the reasons I got buying them was because the service was great. The first one I bought the motherboard crapped away a month later the computer was out of warranty (a warranty that received been led by the society because of this problem). The second one was for my son, the screen divulged within the foremost year, they repaired it and it lasted most another year. The replacement I bought for him the screen revealed afterwards 15 months. The last hp laptop I bought (and the finally one I will ever buy) the difficult drive exposed after 11 months. I received to use the hp chat mapping to diagnose it because you can’t understand a discussion their strange phone HP Pavilion DV6-6116NR support says. They told me they would send me a box to send it back since it is still under warranty. That was three days ago, I merely became snuff the telephone with them, they still haven’t evening bothered to transport the box.
